Charizard, who doesn't love this Fire-Flying type (if you don't, get lost). Charizard is the evolved form of Charmeleon, making Charizard the fully evolved form of Charmander. This is a Generation I Pokemon (well if you didn't know, sorry, I don't think your a true Poke-Fan). This Pokemon is said to get TOOOO MUCH ATTENTION. I'm ok with that though.
When Generation VI came (I became a Poke-fan since Pokemon Go was released, and Pokemon Black and White was on Disney XD for your information) , this Pokemon gets 2 of the newest things added, MEGA EVOLUTION (one of my most favorite things in Pokemon). Mega Charizard Y looks cool with the HUGE wings and all, but when I first saw Alain's Mega Charizard X in the Pokemon XY series, I WANTED SOMETHING JUST LIKE THAT!! This black and blue Mega Evolution will make the opposing Pokemon BLACK AND BLUE (and maybe a bit, or alot of red if it was in real life).

Being a Fire-Dragon type, Mega Charizard X is not weak to it's main weakness, WATER, because it is part Dragon-type. Being a Fire-type, it is not weak to the Ice and Fairy type, which are the weaknesses of a Dragon-type. But losing the Flying-type makes it weak to Ground-type attacks, like EARTHQUAKE which is a VERY DANGEROUS move for the opponent and the unfortunate Pokemon beside it, if the Pokemon beside it is not a Flying-type. That means if you got Charizardite X on your Charizard, you better know when to use it or when to Mega Evolve it. Oh, yea! With the ability Tough Claws, you might wanna teach it a physical attack with STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus, which gives a attack 50% boost for an attack that matches the user's type), like Dragon Claw and Flare Blitz. JUST IMAGINE THE POWER!!!

Mega Charizard Y lights up the battlefield, literally. With the ability Drought, Mega Charizard Y brings up harsh sunlight into the battle, powers up Fire-type moves and making the move Solar Beam not needing to recharge. Because the types don't change when Mega Evolving, Mega Charizard Y is still weak to the Fire-types, Water... Even, though that, it is IMMUNE to Ground type attacks. So, if your in a double battle, and your other Pokemon knows Earthquake, good for you. Now, it would be a shame if the opponent uses Flying-types.....
Well, what would you get? Charizardite X or Y? In the end we all know that Charizard is one of the strongest Pokemon out there...
